Katy Townes is a contemporary romance author who writes stories about ambitious women and the men who fall hard for them. Her personal experience as a non-profit leader informs all her writing, from humorous examples of HR policies gone wrong to the important role we all play in making our world more equitable and just.

Katy holds a B.A. in English from Loyola University Maryland and currently lives in Connecticut with her young family where they enjoy taking toddler-appropriate hikes and scouting the best local ice cream shops.
